Requirements • Must possess at least a degree in QS • Min 5 years experience. Job Description • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as-well as contracts to ensure the best deals. • Liasing with site manager, clients, contractors and subcontract. • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents. • And any other matter related to QS.
