Job Description
Requirements • Relevant degree & experience. • Min 5 years experience. Job Description • Meeting with consultant and Project team to discuss construction designs. • Drafting building plans for commercia, residential & other construction projects. • Review budgets, material documents, and specifications list for approval. • Acting as an intermediary between consultant and project team. • Overseeing building contractors and construction crews. • Visiting site regularly to ensure construction adhere to state regulators. • Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications. • Creating progress report, time schedule, and revised budgets. • Conducting a final inspection after projects is completed.
