Working days & Time • 6 working days Working Location • Senai, Johor Duties and responsibilities • Perform maintenance and repair on trucks. • Determines trucks condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts • Keep trucks available for use by completing preventive maintenance scheduled; installing component; controlling wear & tear of trucks • Perform scheduled maintenance, replace oil and filter, replace tyres, brake pads, clutches, air con filter & etc. according to maintenance checklist • Corrects trucks deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, assembling, disassembling, and replacing sub-assemblies & top overhaul, components, parts, or system, such as power and drive trains, electrical and wiring, lighting, radiator, battery, fuel emission, brake, steering, hydraulics, making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units. • Verifies trucks performance by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems • Complies with PUSPAKOM requirements by testing engine, safety and combustion control standards to ensure trucks is fit for inspection test for permit obtain • Maintains trucks appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting • Maintain clean tools, equipment, facilities, environment and general workshop housekeeping at all time • Support and follow any other instructions given by superior regarding to repair and maintenance job. Qualification and Skills Required • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Can work with minimum supervision • Able to work on call due to emergency
