Job Highlights: Experienced in relation to M & E system (Construction) Experienced in high-rise construction will be an added advantage Working Location: JB/KL • Miscellaneous Allowances Job Responsibilities: • Review project specifications and technical clarifications. • Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies. • Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. • Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with the client’s representative, other consultants, Contractor, subcontractors on technical matters and construction. • Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables and quality assurance. Job Requirements: • At least 5 years experiences in the planning and implementations of projects, in relation to M & E system (Construction) • Experienced in Residential (High-rise) will be an added advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Auto-CAD. • With knowledge and experience in Revit Software will be an added advantage • Able to work independently with positive attitude.
