Job Description

Job description: • Overall responsible for full spectrum of human resource duties and day-to-day functional support in the factory. • Manage daily human resource operational matters, daily attendance, overtime verification and on-time submission leaves management manpower planning recruitment and selection, induction program training and development staff counselling disciplinary proceedings & other related task within the factory. • Establish and implement of employees’ retention program, talent management succession planning as part of the career advancement within the Company. Assist in yearly performance evaluation process, compensation and benefit program. • Preparation of foreign workers monthly payroll systematically and accurately. Maintain records for future reference ensure work compliance • Attend to, liaison and follow up with various government bodies and agencies, correspondence and document submission follow up and follow through till completion. • Generation and preparation of month end departmental reports for analysis, review and process improvement • Co-ordinate and oversee smooth running of the department ensure proper documentation and filing. • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as and when requires. • Any other related tasks to be assigned when the needs arise. Job requirements: • Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years hands-on working experience in a manufacturing capacity. • Strong people management and engagement skill with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff, approachable and persuasive. • Ability to work independently without supervision, result oriented and strong character. Resourceful with good departmental organization skill and knowledge. • Flexible and multi-tasking with the ability to work on a fast pace environment. • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written. • Knowledge of HR related software is an added advantage
