Working Days & Time •9am-6pm / 5 days work Working Location •Kawasan Perindustrian Senai 1, Johor. Job description • Data entry for cash book, journal and bank reconciliation. • Perform day to day accounts payables, accounts receivable in a timely manner. • Preparing Aging Report for Account Receivable and Account Payable. • Update collection and payment ledgers on daily basis. • Monitoring Cash Flow on daily basis. • Preparing Bank transaction documents. • Monthly stock taking & inventory checking. • Filing all the related documents. • Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment and other financial transactions. • Complete all the appointed task from superior. Requirements: • Diploma in Account, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. • 2 to 3 years of working experience. • Ability to work in fast-paced working environment. • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and build strong partnerships. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong MS office application skills (Word, Excel, PP). Familiar with account applications
