Job Description

Working Days & Time •9am-6pm / 5 days work Working Location •Kawasan Perindustrian Senai 1, Johor. Job description •Assist the documentation of HR and Administration functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, working closely with the Production team to support Operational goals. • Assist the documentation of recruitment and new hire coordination including sourcing talent, interviewing, selection, and employee orientation. • Support and notify on develops, interprets, communicates and enforces company and plantwide policies and procedures. • Learn and observe on the skill of Investigates and resolves HR issues. Learn, observe and notify in areas of conflict resolution, employment law compliance and workplace safety. • Assist the documentation on government compliance, record retention and training activities in line with Plant OJT/Skill Certification program and ISO management requirements. • Assist and notify while observe the employee development, recruitment and compliance service providers. • Perform other office administrative duties. Requirements: • Minimum SPM. O-Level or equivalent. • Ability to work in fast-paced working environment. • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and build strong partnerships. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong MS office application skills (Word, Excel, PP). Familiar with HRIS applications.
