Job Description

Job scope: • Provide general administrative support to the team • Assist with admin office on day to day documentation and fillings, ensure proper filing of all documents • Issue PO & Email PO to supplier for placing an order, follow up with supplier for goods delivery. • Issue DO & invoice to customer when receive order, process order, ensure proper delivering goods to customer • Daily work order preparation. • Check & update daily production record and stock balance. • Check & update daily & monthly summary production report. • Contacting government department for information/clarification • Contacting various stockholders for business operation purposes • Par-take on future projects such as ISO and Halal certification • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required • 5.5 working days per week Benefit: • Training provided. • Opportunities for enhanced learning. • Contribution for KWSP, PERKESO and EIS • General medical claims • Friendly working environment. Requirements: • SPM, Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. (including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) • Knowledge in AUTO COUNT software is an advantage. • Mature, initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude. • Can work independently. Possess good customer service and inter-personal relationship skill • Prefer able to speak English, Chinese (to handle multilingual customer)
