Job Descriptions · Receiving customer’s order via telephone, social media, SMS and attend to walk in customer. · Develop new customer to achieve sales target. · Independent and problem solving at customer level. · Preparing and signing off customer agreement · Understand and follow up all customer complaints. · Propose relevant new products development idea to better serve the market demand. · Compute Kim Man customer’s sales target achievement for company to issue sales commissions. · Co-ordinate with Customer Service Centre for all customer related tasks and follow up. · Collect customer’s feedback and submit to Manager for next action. · Complete other tasks assigned by Superior. Requirements · 3 years related working experience in customer service and sales. · Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu. · Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. · Possess D driving license. · SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm & Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm Personal Characters · Responsible, independent, team player. · Be responsible and patience when dealing with customers for all sales related tasks for utmost customer service level. · Positive attitude and pro-active at work. · Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
