Responsibilities • Responsible for planning and implementing informative, interesting and quality short video content. • Keen eye for creative content creation and are able to detect and keep up with trends. • Collaborate with the marketing team to exchange ideas for upcoming marketing projects. • Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above or any related field of field of content creation background. • At least 1-2 years of experiences of content creation for TikTok/ Dou Yin/ Xiao Hong Shu and have video editing background is preferable. • Proven experience in conceptualize, copywriting, video shooting and editing. • Familiar with CapCut/剪映 & Adobe Creative Cloud. • Must be Fluent in Mandarin & English. • Able be comfortable in front of the camera (no camera shy).
