Job description: • Technically competence and proficient in using planning and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is necessary. Good understanding of production processes, material requirements and quality control standards are mandatory. • Good analytical skill with the ability to analyse production data, identify trends and make datadriven decisions to optimize production efficiency is crucial. Effective communication both internally and externally are essential for tasks coordination ensure production schedules are met and issues are addressed promptly. • Sense of alertness and effective problem-solving skills able to anticipate and troubleshoot potential problems that may arise during the production process such as equipment breakdowns or material shortages. • Display effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines are vital in striving to achieve its’ objectives. • Any related tasks to be assigned as and when necessary. Job requirements: • Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field with 3 – 4 years of related experience preferred. • Good exposure in production planning preferably in a manufacturing or construction related environment are required. Candidates with previous experience in precast concrete production or a similar industry will be given priority. • Attention to detail, precise and accuracy are vital in production planning ensure schedules are realistic and resources are allocated efficiently without fail. • Teamwork and work collaboration with other departments such as production, procurement and quality assurance are necessary to achieve production goals. Able to work well in a team environment is important. • Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards may be necessary ensure compliance in production operations eliminate unnecessary interruptions.
