Job description: • Hands-on with adequate technical knowledge, solid understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes, equipment and materials are essential. Familiar with casting techniques, curing methods and quality control procedures are desirable. • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for effective supervising production teams. able to motivate and inspire team members work in team spirit to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. • Good problem solving and planning, organization skills in tackling and addressing day to day production issues troubleshooting implementing solutions to prevent occurrences, plan and organize schedule preventive measures eliminate production disruption. • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in tasks deployment, coordination among the production workers and the peers or the management team. Able to convey instructions directly and resolve conflicts diplomatically and amicably. • Committed to Quality Assurance concept vigilant in monitoring product quality and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Create and promote a safety work culture adherence to safety protocols compliances with relevant health and safety regulations and policies. • Any related tasks to be assigned as and when necessary. Job requirements: • Minimum a Diploma or equivalent preferably with technical certification in a relevant field such as manufacturing, construction or engineering. • Possess a minimum 3 – 4 years supervisory role in manufacturing, construction or a related industry preferably with exposure in a production environment while experience in precast concrete manufacturing is highly beneficial. • Good interpersonal communication skill, persuasive and approachable.
