Job description: • Sound technical skill and know-how, proficiency in engineering principles including structural analysis, material science and construction methods are essential. Knowledge of strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes, equipment, technologies are mandatory. • In-depth understanding of project management flow especially on large-scale projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation. Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production targets are met. • Display proactive problems solving aptitude to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to production processes, equipment and quality control. Application of technical solutions to improve efficiency and costs reduction. • Strong commitment towards continuous process improvement in optimizing production processes driving innovation. The ability to identify and evaluate the processes to enhance efficiency, waste reduction and improve product quality are essential. • Knowledge of Quality Management - implement and maintain quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 is required ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Dedicated to Health and Safety regulations and best practices in the workplace. Responsible to production activities create awareness ensure compliance and conformance. • Any related tasks to be assigned as and when necessary. Job requirements: • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering, or a related field is necessary with a minimum of 4 – 5 years of similar exposure. • Significant experience and hands-on knowledge in precast concrete technology in manufacturing capacity or a similar industry is essential. Candidates with several years of experience in the position of Production Engineer or in a related capacity demonstrating work progressiveness in a hierarchy of responsibility and leadership will be considered. • Demonstrate strong leadership quality and people management skill in guiding and motivating production teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
