Job Requirement • Manage projects in the construction industry, to ensure technical compliance, project quality, and on-time delivery.管理建筑行业的项目，确保技术合规、项目质量和按时交付 • Manage communication and maintain good rapport with customers.管理沟通并与客户保持良好的关系。 • Scheduling and manpower planning.调度和人力规划 • Coordination with sub contractors and vendors.与分包商和供应商的协调 • Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. 强大的项目规划、组织、监控、监督和控制 • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Lead, plan and / or coordinate with the entire project team (internal / external) on activities concerned with the construction, facilities and systems towards the successful completion of the project. 负责项目从最初规划到完成的规划和执行。领导、规划和/或与整个项目团队（内部/外部） 协调与施工、设施和系统有关的活动，以成功完成项目。 • Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures. 熟悉施工标 准操作程序 Qualification • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Engineering/ Civil engineering/ Construction.候选人必须至少拥有工程/土木工程/建筑文凭 • Experience in Plant Piping Works, Steel & Tank Construction and Equipment Erection Work will be added advantage with high rise building.高层建筑在工厂管道工程、钢铁和储罐施工以及设备安装工程方面的经验将更具优势 • Experienced in project management in the cranes/machinery/steel/construction industries/Highrise building.具有起重机/机械/钢铁/建筑行业/高层建筑项目管理经验 • Client Landowner is from China due to the nature of the work Candidate Must be fluent in Mandarin (writing & speaking).由于工作性质，客户土地所有者来自中国候选人必须精通普通话（写作和口语） • Skills in project management soft wares will be an addedce. 项目管理软件技能将是一个额外的优势
