Job Requirements: - Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. - A solid understanding of business processes and internal controls. - Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision, ensuring work is completed within required deadlines. - Willingness to work in Senai, Johor. Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards. - Managing the flow of information by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information relevant to compliance. - Communicating and educating employees to keep them informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines. - Acting as the contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management in regards to company policies and business processes. - Conducting regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
