Job Description

Job Requirements: - Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Demonstrated understanding of business processes and internal controls. - Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. - Willingness to work in Senai, Johor. Job Responsibilities: - Supporting the development, implementation, and promotion of the Groups Risk Management framework and policies throughout the company. - Collaborating with various business units or centralized functions to identify, analyze, monitor, and report on risks affecting business operations. Assist in risk management planning and reporting exercises. - Coordinating and executing all activities related to risk management and contributing to reporting activities. - Driving and promoting a strong risk culture within the company by developing training programs and communicating risk-related information to staff. - Conducting ad hoc assignments and special projects as required to address specific risk-related challenges or opportunities
