Job Requirements: - Minimum educational requirement of a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, or Professional Certificate in any field. - Experience in injection moulding, assembly, quality control, shipping, or warehouse operations is highly advantageous. - Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of leaders and operators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective operations. - Monitor day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. - Set up production lines, identify and inspect line issues, and implement necessary corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. - Monitor and execute the daily 5S plan on the production floor, promoting a clean, organized, and safe working environment. - Ensure the availability of sufficient materials to support production for the following shifts, coordinating with the relevant departments to maintain a smooth flow of materials. - Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing training and development programs as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, engineering, and logistics, to address production-related issues and implement process improvements. - Monitor and analyze production data, such as productivity, yield, and quality metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team. - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in production management, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into our operations as appropriate.
