Working Days / Hours • Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) Working Location • Permas Jaya, JB Key responsibility: • Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. • Handle accounts payable and receivable. • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. • Perform bank reconciliations. • Maintain and update account information in our database. • Provide administrative support to the finance team. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. • Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding account statements and payments. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Admin Account, Account Assistant, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount) and MS Office (especially Excel). • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
