Working Location • Taman Melodies Responsibilities: • Prepares all drinks by following prescribed recipes and steps in preparation techniques for all the beverages and coffee drinks. • Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies. • Restock supplies as needed and inform the supervisor of any shortages. • Ensure that all products are stored properly and maintain freshness. • Keep the bar area and counters clean and tidy. • Keeps equipment operates by operating instruction and report any maintenance needs. • To serve beverages and prepared food when waiter is busy serving other customers, like cakes and pastries. • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements: • Minimum 1-year experiences in barista role. • Polite, responsible and customer service oriented. • Willing to work during weekends and Public Holidays. • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu, can speak in Chinese will be added advantage. • Possess own transport and willing working at Taman Melodies JB.
