Working Location • Taman Melodies Responsibilities: • Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff. • Ensures that all café staff perform duties following outlet policies. • Supervises all food and beverage service activities in the café, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Preparing weekly work schedules for staff to ensure sufficient manpower. • Keeps up to date standard recipe file for all food and beverage items. • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses. • Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service. • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost café reputation. Requirements: • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry. • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations. • Strong business acumen. • Exemplary management skills. • Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills.
