Job Description: • To provide timely support to merchants as well as consumers if required • To manage and build good working relationship with merchants. • To follow up on any enquiries received • To work closely with other teams to resolve clients issue • To execute all merchant services works including payment reconciliation and payment settlement for the company • To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher, any field • 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Able to work under tight schedule • Computer literate • Good command in English. Knowing of Mandarin will be an advantage. • Proactive and a team player
