Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and handling of related task in general accounting, book keeping. • Able to handle account book keeping, assist in accounts transaction, checking, verification. • To handle Account Payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions. • Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management. • Must be able to work independently and schedule work effectively. • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current. • Recording information, processing, and filing documents and forms. • Updating ledgers, investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Provide administrative support. REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE: • Must possess at least a SPM or other related qualification or equivalent. GOOD TO HAVE: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Knowledge in SQL Accounting in advantage. • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
