Working days & Time • 5.5 Days Per Week • Mon to Fri 8.00am – 5.00pm • Sat 8.00am – 1.00pm Work Location • Nusa Sentral, Iskandar Puteri Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. (Experience in construction based are advantage). • Preferably to have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field. • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia • Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD Software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (M&E) is required for this position. • Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply. • Able to work as a team. Well management on project balanced construction and processes. 2. Must responsible on the inspection works for air conditioning system drainage, refrigerant pipes installation process. Concealed piping works, hidden engineering and electrical wiring works must be inspected by engineer/project coordinator. 3. Review and verify coordination of design and quality calculations of plan details. 4. Review shop drawings and respond to Requests for Information. 5. By using AUTOCAD or GSTAR drawing software, able to handle the ACMV layout plan, project submission drawing and as built drawing. 6. Propose monthly and annual supervision and inspection plan based on the construction progress. 7. Responsible on the take record and manage the daily activities and progress at site. 8. Must responsible/attend on all project important meeting. 9. Cooperate with construction unit to prepare overall project progress schedule based on the contract period. 10. Ensure that the project is completed on time and on quality, minimize project costs, save materials, and achieve the overall project objectives. 11. Participate in construction, materials, and equipment bidding. 12. To complete other work assigned by leader and urgent work. If unclear about the assigned work, can ask in detail.
