Working Day : Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) Responsibility: • Handle daily outlet order • Assist on handle local & overseas purchases • Assist to prepare price comparison and costing report • Prepare, generate, issue and update purchasing orders (PO) • To work closely with outlets and respond to enquiries/request efficiently • Key in and maintain data related to purchase orders, vendor information, inventory levels, and invoices into the company's software systems. Job Requirements • Qualification : min. SPM • Language: Chinese ,Basic English and Malay • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word • F&B Experience Preferred • Availability to reply supplier during holiday
