Job Description • Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting). • Account assistant with minimum 2 years relevant working experience. • Perform bookkeeping duties including data entries, updating & maintaining debtor and creditor aging, invoicing, receipts, etc. • Assist with the month end closing related to monthly management report, bank reconciliation and other supporting schedules and worksheet. • Handle account receivable/payable, general ledger. • Prepare Bank Reconciliation, creditor ledger and debtor ledger. • Prepare weekly / monthly creditor payment. • Assist in yearly auditing. • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements • Willing to learn. • Diploma or equivalent. • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles. • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software (SQL Accounting System will be an advantage). • Responsibility, able to commit task on time given. • Own transportation is required.
