Working Days & Hours • Monday - Friday • 9am – 5pm Work Location • Putra Park Glenmarie Shah Alam Requirement • Diploma in automative Industry will be huge advantage Job Description • Dealing with customer inquiries and providing professional advice to meet business needed. • Ensure customers use the products correctly and accurately by providing training sessions and professional knowledge to customers. • Assist in resolving technical issues that encountered by customers during product installation and usage. • Be responsible in collect product feedback to assist in product improvement. • Any other ad-hoc task being assigned by superior. • 处理客户的咨询并提供专业建议以满足业务需求。 • 通过提供培训课程和专业知识,确保客户准确地使用产品。 • 协助解决客户在产品安装和使用过程中遇到的技术问题。 • 负责收集产品反馈以协助产品改进。 • 执行上级分配的其他临时任务。
