Leadership: * Junior Sous Chefs provide leadership and support in the kitchen, helping to motivate and coordinate the team during service. 9. Menu Execution During Service: * Be responsible for coordinating the preparation and plating of dishes during service, ensuring that orders are prepared and served 10. Food ordering * Liaise with supplier and checking order accuracy
