Benefits • Allowance • OT • Medical benefits • Bonus • Increment Job Description The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing / embroidery equipment to produce high-quality printed / embroidered materials. They play a vital role in the printing process, ensuring that all printed products meet the required standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge of printing machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process. Responsibilities • Set up and operate DTF printing machinery, including offset printing presses. • Load and position the printing plates, adjust the ink supply and paper feed, and set up the printing press for each print job. • Monitor the printing process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary. • Inspect and examine printed materials (DTF Film) for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the client's specifications and requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process, such as paper jams or ink smudges. • Coordinate with other team members, such as graphic designers and print finishers, to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects. • Keep detailed records of print jobs, including quantity produced, materials used, and any issues encountered, for future reference. • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications • Basic computer skills and ability to operate printing software and digital printing equipment. • Ability to read and interpret customer orders and specifications. • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to printing equipment operation. • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills and ability to well with others. • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
