Benefits • Allowance • OT • Medical benefits • Bonus • Increment Job Description • Supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective operations of the outlet. • Staff management and leadership including preparation and maintenance rosters for all staff, recruiting, training, and mentoring the new staff. • Maintain a professional environment in the outlet at all times and ensure the achievement of all monthly sales and service targets. • Maintain stock inventory on a monthly. • Customer service. • Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Training will be provided.
