We’re looking for a proactive, well-organized professional to manage internal operations and coordinate with clients and the sales team in Taman Tasek, Johor Bahru. 我们正在寻找一位积极主动、组织能力强的办公室主管兼销售协调员,协助公司管理日常运营、客户关系及销售团队。(工作地点:新山大丰花园) 📍 Working Location | 工作地点: • Taman Tasek, Johor Bahru 📅 Working Days & 🕠 Hours | 工作日 & 工作时间: • Monday – Friday 星期一至星期五 | 8:30am – 5:30pm • Saturday 星期六 | 8:30am – 12:30pm 🎯 Key Responsibilities | 主要职责: • Managing client relationships through communication, problem solving, and prompt response 有效沟通、解决问题及回应客户需求,维护客户关系 • Ensuring deadlines for SOA, summaries, account reconciliation etc. are met and reporting delays to management 确保对账单、总结报告及账目核对等工作按时完成,并在延误时及时向管理层汇报 • Managing and monitoring the work performance of the sales team 管理及监督销售团队的工作与表现 • Keeping team members and clients updated on progress and developments 向团队与客户传达最新进展信息 • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action plans 记录会议内容、决定事项及后续行动计划 ✅ Qualifications | 职位要求: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 拥有会计或相关专业的大专或学士学历 • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience 至少两年相关工作经验 • Additional education or experience is a plus 更高学历或更多经验者优先 • Strong communication and teamwork skills 良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力 • Ability to build rapport internally and externally 能与公司内部及外部人员建立良好关系 🎁 Benefits | 员工福利: (所有员工福利将完全符合《1955年马来西亚劳工法令》) • EPF, SOCSO & EIS 公积金、社保与就业保险 • Public Holidays 公共假期 • Annual & Medical Leave 年假与病假 📞 To Apply | 应聘请联系:WhatsApp: 019-7556399 📌 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 7 working days after application date. 只有入围者将在申请后七个工作日内收到通知
