Working Days & Time • 5 ½ days’ work per week • Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm • Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm • Saturday 8am – 12pm Working Location • Taman Perindustrian Tropika, Ulu Tiram Requirements • Minimum 1-year related experience. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Preferable Mandarin Speaker • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Benefits • Overtime provided • EPF & SOCSO • Related Leave • Medical fee claim • Increment • Commission • Allowance • Bonus Job Description • Identify new opportunities of target clients through networking, referrals and cold calling. • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients by understanding clients’ needs and provide solutions. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposal to potentials customers. • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales effectively. • Keep updated on industry needs, trends and market conditions. • Prepare records on sales activities, sales performance, forecast future sales and client’s interaction. • Work closely with marketing department to align strategies and campaigns.
