Job Description

Working Days & Time • 5 days’ work per week Working Location • Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram Requirements • Diploma/ Degree • Age limit: 20 - 40 years old • Minimum 1 year of related experience • Have own transport Job Description • Handle foreign worker, hostel & other. • Handle the payroll every monthly use “Flexi’ system. • Handle for the recruitment & interview new employee. • Knowledge in registration EPF, SOCSO & etc. • Handle foreign worker documentation (Fomema, Passport & Permit) • Check daily attendance. • Arrange recruitment, prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter & etc. • Highly Discipline and responsible. • Maintaining foreigner worker's working permit and other foreigner matters. • Familiar dealing with local authorities / government agency (e.g.: MBJB, JKKP, BOMBA, IMMIRATION etc.) • Perform any other task per requested. • Available to travel out perform any other duties as requested. • Handle the monthly payroll system/ attendance.
