Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Axaipay's products and services. • Create content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with target audiences. • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with business goals and generate quality leads. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement. • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand experience. • Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Axaipay’s offerings. • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management software. • Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions will be a plus.
