We are seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager to join our café team. The Assistant Manager will help oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and support the café manager. Working Location: 2 outlets (Horizon Hills & Johor Bahru) Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily operations. • Supervise and train staff. • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries. • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies. • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards. • Monitoring food quality and presentation. • Ensure timely deliveries and quality of products. • Assist in duty roster, paperwork, maintaining records of sales, expenses Qualifications: • Experience in the food service industry. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
