Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at K.M.LIM AUTO SDN.BHD (Senai). The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct periodic maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles according to the service schedule. 2. Diagnose and fix technical issues in vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment. 3. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. 4. Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicle and any additional work needed. 5. Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations. 6. Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: • Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate (Level 3) in Automotive/Mechanical or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a technician in the automotive repairs industry. • Qualified in HQSP MT level. • Basic reading and writing skills in English and Malay. • Basic computer skills. • Valid class D driving license.
