Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our team at K.M.LIM AUTO SDN. BHD. (Senai). The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in inventory, including specifications, pricing, and features. • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. • Handle sales paperwork and ensure compliance with company procedures. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Participate in sales activities, launching events, and road shows. • Manage the delivery process of new cars to customers.
