The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in inventory, including specifications, pricing, and features. 4. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. 5. Handle sales paperwork and ensure compliance with company procedures. 6. Achieve individual and team sales targets. 7. Participate in sales activities, launching events, and road shows. 8. Manage the delivery process of new cars to customers. Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of automotive sales and customer service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in basic computer skills. • Valid class D driving license.
