Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at K.M.LIM AUTO SDN.BHD. (Senai). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the service team, auto service staff, and vehicle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience. 2. Ensure proper Repair Order flow to satisfy warranty, dealership, and business office requirements. 3. Address customer inconveniences, complaints, and misunderstandings proactively and fairly. 4. Hire and maintain a technical production staff capable of performing all types of mechanical repair, and maintenance work on vehicles. 5. Conduct periodic self-inspections within the service department and recommend actions for improvement. 6. Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department. 7. Maintain reporting systems required by general management and ensure compliance with company policies. 8. Conduct department meetings with employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
