Working Days & Time • Monday – Friday • 9am – 6pm Working Location • Taman Molek, JB Requirement • At least 5 years’ experience in conveyancing. • Able to handle files from start till complete. Benefits • Allowance • OT • Increment • Bonus Job Description • You are expected to handle conveyancing tasks related to property transactions and documentation by own. • Good communication skills in liaising with client, banks officer, lawyer or relevant parties to facilitate the execution of property transaction. • Having experience in preparing and execution of loan documents with most if the banks. • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
