Company name: Woon Brothers Construction Sdn Bhd Job Responsibilities: • To coordinate with client representative, sub-contractor and site supervisor on quality assurance and project progress monitoring. • To assist project manager in monitoring project progress, project scheduling, budget time required to complete project. • To coordinate resources with reference to PQP and monitor and adjust delivery schedule based on site conditions. • To coordinate subcontractors/ project teams for workforce, material/ machineries allocation. • To prepare project progress report, site measurement for progress claim submission. • To verify sub-contractors site measurement accurately for claim submission. • To ensure material received fulfil to quality specification and quantity. • To be responsible for site survey according to construction specification. • To attend to all defects / complaints by SO/ customers. • To attend all authorities and SO inspection. • To monitor work quality using checklist and RFI. • To be responsible for proper usage/ storage of machineries/ equipment/ materials. Job Requirements: • SPM or Diploma in Construction related studies • Minimum 3 years of construction site working experience • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Projects • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients • Good in coordination, communication skills and problem solving
