Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Actively participates in the selection and certification of suppliers, with BU Engineer and Procurement, to ensure that the selected supplier meet Kaifa requirements in term of technology, quality, cost and services. • Conduct the supplier review to key suppliers in quality system and the production manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformity and continuous improvement. • Participate in the selection and verification of parts in the design stage of the company new project. • Establish and review part quality plan, define key parameter for incoming inspection. • Participating new project kick off meeting and prepare FAE as according to new project requirement. • Conduct part approval process (FAE), work with supplier and related department function to resolve supplier and material related issue before mass production, to ease project can be started on time. • Audit part data sheet and drawings specifications are sufficient and complete, determine all key parameters and ensure that the ability of supplier can meet these specifications, and feedback the manufacturing and process problems to design department. • Conduct periodically quality system audit as according to MSA procedures. • Review supplier performance and conduct quarterly business review with key component supplier to promote continuous improvement. • Manage and continuously improve on work flow and process as according to MSA procedure and departmental quality system. Update and establish new procedures as according to company guidance and QMS quality system. Job Requirement • Degree or Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical /Mechanical course and related electronics industries. • Minimum 3 years’ IQC/ Quality control work experience in automotive manufacturing industry. • Good experienced in ISO13485/ISO9000 quality system and supplier audit skill. • Able to handle electronic instrument for IQC measurement. Familiar with CMM machine, 2D smart scope, profile projector will be added advantages. • Good leadership, able to work with minimal guidance, trustworthy, team players and possess good communication skills. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Chinese will be added advantages. • Good knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel / Power Point. • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
