Job Description

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth. • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending Axaipay's solutions. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of Axaipay's digital payment solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding market reach. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and to position Axaipay effectively. • Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and account management metrics. • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of Axaipay’s solutions into their operations. Requirements: • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or a related industry. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. • Strong understanding of digital payment solutions, e-commerce, and emerging fintech trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to a non-technical audience. • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
