Job Descriptions: • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of all financial information. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. • Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Manage cash flow and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records. • Manage a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in a finance management role. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
