Regular working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Flexible hours may be required for special project needs Working location: • Johor Bahru Requirements: • Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in the construction site supervision. • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting. • Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-minded. • Willing to be based at site and travel as required. Job Description: • Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to plans and within schedule. • Monitor progress, material usage, safety practices, and workmanship on site. • Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and relevant parties to maintain smooth site operations. • Maintain daily site reports and work logs, and report site issues to project team. • Assist the Project Manager in resolving on-site challenges. • Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress. • Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
