Job Description

Working days & time: • Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5pm • Saturday | 8:30am – 1pm Working Location: • Skudai, Johor Bahru Job Description / Responsibilities: • Managing entire levels of payroll monthly in terms of checking and acknowledging before submitting to the Director for approval and proceeding for payment from finance. • Ensuring all payroll are processed accordingly within a given time frame and paid out on a timely manner based on Labor Law procedure. • Manage and ensure all employee personal filling and information updates to ensure both physical files and payroll system are updated accordingly at all times. • Managing and coordinating all employees leave and attendance clock in and clock out timing. • Manage employee and employer monthly Government Statutory Contributions payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and also HRDF before the due date. • Attend to, liaison and follow up with various government bodies and agencies, correspondence and document submission follow up and follow through till completion. • Generation and preparation of month end departmental reports for analysis and review. Job Qualifications/ Requirements: • Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years hands-on working experience. • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently without supervision, result oriented and strong character. • The candidate needs to be comfortable with handling administrative/operational HR duties – preparation of letters, filing documents, conducting exit interviews, updating payroll status. • Flexible and multi-tasking with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of HR related software is an added advantage.
