Job Description

工作日和工作时间: • 星期一 至 星期五 | 8:30am – 5pm • 星期六 | 8:30am – 1pm 工作地点: • 士古来, Johor Bahru 工作范围: • 处理投诉并提供有关公司产品和服务的信息。 • 通告电话电子邮件或者通话等各种渠道回答客户的咨询和解决问题并提供正确的信息。 • 准确记录客户信息并保存客户互动记录。 • 必须具备良好的解决问题能力 以处理客户投诉并有效处理问题。 • 客服目标: 确保客户满意度。 • 确认客户信息并安排每月的售后服务。 任职资格: • Diploma文凭 或以上 • 能够使用多种语言进行交流 (马来语, 华语, 英语) • 能够清晰有效地进行口头和书面的信息传达。 • 深入了解公司的产品或服务以准确 、 自信地为客户提供帮助。 • 能够同时处理多项任务并优先处理客户请求以确保及时回复。 • 与跨部门同事良好合作确保全面解决客户问题。 福利: • 公积金 (EPF) 和社保 (SOCSO) • 提供年假 • 医疗费用报销 • 加薪制度 • 津贴制度 • 花红制度 Working Days & Time: • Monday - Friday | 8:30am – 5pm • Saturday | 8:30am – 1pm Working Location: • Skudai, Johor Bahru Job Description / Responsibilities: • Handle complaints and provide information about the company's products and services. • Attending inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information through various channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp chat. • Recording customer information and keeping records of customer interactions. • Must have good problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints. • Customer Service Goal: Ensuring customer satisfaction. • Verify customer information and schedule monthly maintenance for after sales service. Job Requirements: • Diploma and above • Able to communicate in multiple language (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin & English • Able to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Understanding of the company’s products or services to assist customers accurately and confidently. • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests to ensure timely responses. • Work well with colleagues across departments to ensure customer issues are resolved holistically.
