Working time & days: • Monday-Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm • Saturday |8:30am – 12:30pm (*Once a month only) Working location: • No. 22, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/ 7, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor. Job Description: Inside sales is to support sales team in term of understanding the customers’ needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping sales team close sales deals. • Drive business growth and meet sales targets through proactive inside sales. • Prospect, follow-up, close deals, and provide excellent after-sales support. • Work closely with sales team and customers to nurture long-term relationships. • Identify and implement strategies to expand business like upselling products and services etc. • Communicate product updates, market insights, and solutions to sales team and customers promptly.
