Working Days & Time: • Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm • Saturday | 8:30am – 1pm Working Location: • Bakawali, Johor Jaya Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for organizing files, archiving, and data entry. • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and receive visitors. • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes and related documents. • Manage office supplies procurement and inventory. • Assist supervisors with other administrative tasks. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or above; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel). • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills. • Prior experience in administrative or clerical work is preferred. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
