Job Description

Job Description: 1.In charge of day-to-day general office administration ,such as data entry ,filling document and ensure all data are recorded and updated on time. 2.Ability to process invoices,quotation ,delivery oeder etc. 3.Prepare and modify documents including monthly reports,email etc. 4.Submitting online job postings,shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews . 5.Serving as a point of contact,and follow up with customer. 6.Managing and coordinating schedules,including meetings and events. 7.Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. 8.Coordinate internal events,staff activities, and company functions. 9.Support the implementation and enforcement of HR and admin policies andprocedures. 10.Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirement: 1.Knowledge of basic HR is an advantage . 2.Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration ,or a related field. 3.Good knowledge of Auto Count. 4.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint etc) 5.Ablity to work independently and as a part of a team. 6.Positive working mindset,good attitude,fast learner,good communication and teamwork.
