Job Description: 1. Assist with daily clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 2. Handle following up outstanding payments (letters, emails, and phone calls). 3. Support the preparation of basic documents such as delivery orders (DO), invoices, and simple reports. 4. Maintain and update filing system, records and office documents. 5. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior. Requirement: 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent. 2. Fresh graduate / candidates with no experiences in administrative are also encourage to apply. 3. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) 4. Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn. 5. Positive working mindset, good attitude, fast learner, good communication and teamwork.
