Working Location: • B-2-5, B-3-5, B-4-5 & B-5-5, Centre Point Medan, Jalan 3/144A, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Working Days & Hours: • Monday – Friday • 8:30am – 6:00pm Position Open To: • Both female and male candidates Salary Range: • RM2,800 – RM5,000 Benefits: • EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions • Monthly KPI incentives, commission & performance bonuses • Free pantry snacks, pool table, and KTV facilities • Company trips & team-building activities • Festive gatherings and celebrations Job Requirements: • Trilingual (Mandarin, English & Malay) • Responsible, committed, and a good communicator • Minimum SPM qualification or higher (SPM holders must provide SPM results) • Age limit: Below 38 years old Job Responsibilities: • Assist in applying for licenses via online submission. • Contact customers to gather required information for the application process. • Follow up with customers on application progress and any outstanding documents. • Call relevant government officers to check the latest status of license applications (must be able to communicate in Malay). • Maintain close and consistent communication with officers until each application is fully completed.
